Proxenia’s Tier 2: Development and Validation is an 8-week structured accelerator for early-stage hospitality startups ready to move from idea to execution.
Whether you’re refining a concept, exploring problem–solution fit, or shaping your first MVP, this program helps you validate key assumptions, build testable products, and prepare for traction and growth. It bridges the gap between ideation and execution, equipping founders with the mentorship, frameworks, and resources needed to gain traction and reach early customers.
This is not an investment-focused program, but rather a structured acceleration path that helps founders validate product-market fit, build operational strategies, and prepare for future funding opportunities.
Program Goals
Proxenia’s Tier 2 accelerator is designed to help founders move from idea clarity to execution-ready MVPs, with a clear path toward traction and funding preparation.
- MVP Execution: Founders will define, build, and iterate a lean, testable MVP that addresses a validated customer problem. The goal is not perfection, but progress, with real feedback and usability in mind.
- Market Validation: Through structured customer discovery, early user testing, and feedback loops, participants will assess whether their product solves an actual market need and refine it accordingly.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: By Week 8, founders will draft a go-to-market plan tailored to their business model, focusing on early traction channels, target customer acquisition, and distribution approaches.
- Pitch & Investor Readiness: Founders will develop and refine a compelling pitch narrative, aligning their story with investor expectations, early adopter messaging, and strategic partnership conversations.
What You’ll Build, Week-by-Week
This isn’t a passive course—it’s a working accelerator. If you follow the structure and engage each week, you’ll progress from concept to a working MVP and prepare for real traction.
- Weeks 1–2: Define your MVP scope and sharpen your customer problem
- Weeks 3–4: Build or simulate your MVP and begin testing with real users
- Weeks 5–6: Develop traction strategies, pricing, and your financial foundation
- Weeks 7–8: Finalize your pitch, present live, and chart your next steps
By the end of the cohort, you’ll have built a testable MVP, gathered actionable feedback, and defined a clear go-to-market and investor readiness path.
