Tier 2 is where founders stop planning and start proving. Over 8 weeks you’ll take an early concept or MVP, put it in front of real customers, refine it with mentor guidance, and prepare to pitch with confidence. This is a structured path from idea clarity to investor-ready traction.

This is not an investment-focused program, but rather a structured acceleration path that helps founders validate product-market fit, build operational strategies, and prepare for future funding opportunities.

Program Goals

Proxenia’s Tier 2 accelerator is designed to help founders move from idea clarity to execution-ready MVPs, with a clear path toward traction and funding preparation.

  • MVP Execution: Founders will define, build, and iterate a lean, testable MVP that addresses a validated customer problem. The goal is not perfection, but progress, with real feedback and usability in mind.
  • Market Validation: Through structured customer discovery, early user testing, and feedback loops, participants will assess whether their product solves an actual market need and refine it accordingly.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: By Week 8, founders will draft a go-to-market plan tailored to their business model, focusing on early traction channels, target customer acquisition, and distribution approaches.
  • Pitch & Investor Readiness: Founders will develop and refine a compelling pitch narrative, aligning their story with investor expectations, early adopter messaging, and strategic partnership conversations.

What You’ll Build, Week-by-Week

This isn’t a passive course—it’s a working accelerator. If you follow the structure and engage each week, you’ll progress from concept to a working MVP and prepare for real traction.

  • Weeks 1–2: Define the problem, sharpen customer insight, and map your MVP
  • Weeks 3–4: Build a testable version, gather user proof, and launch feedback loops
  • Weeks 5–6: Nail your numbers and build a pitch that wins
  • Weeks 7–8: Pressure-test in office hours and hot seats, then deliver live at Demo Day

By the end of the cohort, you’ll have built a testable MVP, gathered actionable feedback, and defined a clear go-to-market and investor readiness path.
