Tier 3 — Traction & Funding
The 12-week intensive for hospitality-tech founders who have something working and are ready to scale it.

You’ve validated the idea. You have early traction — pilots, paying customers, or enough signal to know the market is real. The question isn’t whether this works anymore. The question is how to grow it fast enough to matter, and how to build the financial foundation that gets you to seed funding.
That’s what Tier 3 is built for.
Over 12 weeks, you’ll work inside a small cohort of founders solving problems at the same intersection you are — hospitality and technology. The program is structured around three interconnected goals: building repeatable revenue, preparing for institutional capital, and developing the go-to-market clarity that makes both of those possible.
What the 12 Weeks Covers
Revenue & Traction
Building repeatable sales motion, refining pricing, converting pilots to paying customers, and establishing the metrics that investors actually look at.
Capital Readiness
Pitch development, investor narrative, and fundraising strategy. Includes access to the future Proxenia Innovation Fund investment component.
Go-To-Market Clarity
Distribution strategy, channel development, and the hospitality-industry partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition in this vertical.
Operator Mentorship
Direct access to founders, operators, and executives who have built and scaled businesses inside the hospitality industry.

Who This Is For
Tier 3 is the right fit if you have an MVP with real market feedback, at least some traction — pilots, early revenue, or letters of intent — and you’re building specifically for the hospitality industry. If you’re still in the idea or validation stage, Tier 1 and Tier 2 are the right starting point.
