While the Customer Discovery course is officially the first in our Foundation Phase, we highly recommend that you start with our Creative Critical Thinking module. Here you’ll learn a few skills to approach challenges with curiosity, innovation, and resilience. It guides participants through questioning assumptions, recognizing cognitive biases, fostering disruptive innovation, and applying structured creativity.
There will be a few downloadable files and links to external resources. We recommend you create a specific folder for Proxenia on your device, and sub-folders for each course. This way you can keep your course materials organized and easy to refer back to.
The courses and lesson videos follow in the order we have determined best helps startups maneuver through the initial stages of bringing their idea to life. You can skip ahead if you desire, but we recommend you follow them in the order presented, as later lessons often refer back to concepts and resources mentioned in previous ones.
