The Foundation

The first phase of the Proxenia Accelerator Tier-1 Program, known as The Foundation, is designed to establish a robust entrepreneurial base for hospitality startups. This phase covers fundamental business skills, focusing on customer discovery, business model development, and product creation to help startups align closely with market needs. Additionally, participants receive guidance on essential operational skills, including team building, leadership, and financial management. The curriculum provides knowledge on regulatory compliance and introduces strategies for fundraising, marketing, and sales—equipping startups with a comprehensive foundation to build a resilient, sustainable business model. By the end of this phase, participants will have a solid groundwork for navigating the hospitality industry’s unique challenges and positioning their offerings effectively.
